Shipping
We currently ship all orders through UPS. Here are our available shipping options and rates:
- UPS Ground: $15 (Flat Rate)
- 3rd Day: $25 (Flat Rate)
- 2nd Day: $50 (Flat Rate)
Please allow 3-6 working days for your order to arrive. If your order will take longer than 3-6 working days to arrive, The Suitable Co. will notify you. Suitable only ships to the contiguous 48 states and Hawaii and Alaska. Any order shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii requires UPS 2nd Day delivery charges. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped from manufacturer. Some orders may come in separate boxes.
Returns
Returns require a return-to-vendor number that can be obtained by calling 800-215-2354. All garments must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same box as received. All garments must be returned unworn with tags attached. The Suitable Co. will only accept garments sold and shipped by The Suitable Co., etc. Credit will be issued to your account when garments are received by the vendor.
